It takes about 30 minutes to complete the online activities in one module plus another 30 minutes for the practical on-the-job coaching activity. This adds op to 6 hours per Part and 30 hours for the entire License to Lead program.
Yes. The platform supports flexible pacing. You can stop anytime and resume from there when you log in again.

The program is accredited by the International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre‑Tertiary & Higher Education (QAHE) and recognized by some industry bodies for CPD points
Upon successful completion of all 6 modules in any Part of the programme. For example 6 modules in License to Lead Part 1: Authentic leadership. There are 5 Parts and 5 certificates to be earned
You can start immediately after enrolment
An individual learner can go to www.learn-protalent.co.za and click on the Part (1-5) of your choice for self-registration, online payment via Payfast and start learning. A more economic option is to click on "Subscribe to all courses" which gives 12 months access to the entire License to Lead program PLUS all other courses listed on the website.
Yes for 10 or more. Send the name, surname and e-mail address of each person to be enrolled to [email protected]
Once registered you log in with your password and click on the name of your course where you will see all its modules. Click on the module you want to do and it will list all the learning activities and exercises with instructions from start to certification.
